Who referred you to CT in ndale, VA?

For those of you who were referred to CT in ndale, VA, could you give me the name of the doctor who referred you and what insurance you had/have? I took Maysa to her 9 months check up this morning at Kaiser and although the doctor put in a referral for treatment for Maysa, she said it would most likely be denied. I told her that we were ready to pay out of pocket but she still wasn't sure whether or not she could write me a referral.

I can't wait any longer, I have an appointment with CT on Monday morning.

We got a referral from a neurosurgeon in town, WV. His name was

Dr. and we have CIGNA ins. and they dined it twice. We had to

pay out of pocket.
