We had Kaiser in Northern California. Our ped referred us to a cranio

facial plastic surgeon who wrote the prescription. What you need for

CT is a prescription, not a referral. Since our ped referred us to a

specialist first, it took a little longer, before we got to the

starband provider. You must have had a prescription for ECA - right?

The same person should be able to give you a prescription to CT, even

if you have to pay for the band.

Our kaiser policy covered the band 100%, but the specialist told us

that even within Kaiser it varies widely depending on which plan your

employer selected.
