Guest guest
Hey Mara! I don't have any insight about the actual chemical situation (good or bad?), but I just noticed the other day that my grocery store was selling 2 kinds of parchment paper- one of them was silicone coated. I had the same " yuck " reaction and chose the more " natural " brand. Are you able to find the uncoated kind? I know WF sells it for sure. > > So I was going to compost my used parchment paper - which says > on the package it is compostable but then I realized it is > silicone coated.
