Hi Jenni,

I give n cod liver oil too, but he has a g-tube so it's no

problem.

I wanted to give it to my older son who's 7, and they have a pill

form, but not a regular pill, it's a soft, gel-like thing that's

pretty small. My son wouldn't go for that either but your daughter

might since she's older.

Hi Jenni

I don't use cod liver oil as a supplement, my family get their

source of Omega-3 fatty acids from fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna)

walnuts and leafy green vegetables. I'm like your children, I can't

stand the taste of cod liver oil either!!
