Guest guest
Hi Jenni, I give n cod liver oil too, but he has a g-tube so it's no problem. I wanted to give it to my older son who's 7, and they have a pill form, but not a regular pill, it's a soft, gel-like thing that's pretty small. My son wouldn't go for that either but your daughter might since she's older. Cindy
Guest guest
Hi Jenni I don't use cod liver oil as a supplement, my family get their source of Omega-3 fatty acids from fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna) walnuts and leafy green vegetables. I'm like your children, I can't stand the taste of cod liver oil either!! ne > > Hello!! > > I do not post very often but try to read the goings on within the > list serve whenever I have a free moment.. > > I have been extremely intrigued by some of the postings by Beth & > ne with regards to food –diet and nutrition..
