Guest guest
, I want to let you know about something Lindsey can wash her face with and then apply a cream that will help those pimples be gone in a day or so. The stuff is called ProActiv. It really works. You can go to www.proactiv.com to order the stuff. There is a 3-step process. Cleanse, hydrate, and cream. I had acne at Lindsey's age and wish I would have found this stuff then. I still have an acne problem and use ProActiv everyday. I went to several dermatologist and even went on Accutane (do not recommend that at all) and nothing they suggested worked. My mom came across a ProActiv infomercial and ordered it, that was twelve years ago and I still use it today. I hope this is some good info for you. " When it continued past age 4, we quickly found out that a major contributing factor was her blood sugar levels. Once we stablized those, it got MUCH better. I pray for all of you! Today, we had a BIG revelation. 's last blood work clearly showed she is in full adrenarche (DHEA levels of more than 320, normal 60-70 prior years). She has had scattered pimples on her forehead. Today she came home from school hot and sweaty - I helped her change and BAM -- massive body odor, almost bowled me over! I told her it was deodorant time, and you have never seen a little girl SOO excited. Here I am thinking, 9 years old, bone thin, and body odor, and she is so excited about it. Incredible! I have learned from Dr. H that the Arimidex that she is on won't STOP adrenarche, so the body odor and pimples keep going. It just specifically halts the conversion of the adrogens into estrogen, and hopefully will then halt her rapid progression of her bone age. Meanwhile, I just wish the pimples and body odor would go away. She is only 9 and in 3rd grade!!!
