Prior to SCD, I ate anything I wanted and never gained weight. Now, I'm obsessed

with counting calories, carbs, fats, and protein. I want to make sure I get

enough, but not too much. So everyday, I enter all of my foods into Fitday (you

can get a free account at fitday.com). On the one hand, I miss the " good " old

days when I didn't keep track of how many cookies I ate in a day, but on the

other hand, I don't miss things like constipation and fistulas ;-)
