Guest guest
Prior to SCD, I ate anything I wanted and never gained weight. Now, I'm obsessed with counting calories, carbs, fats, and protein. I want to make sure I get enough, but not too much. So everyday, I enter all of my foods into Fitday (you can get a free account at fitday.com). On the one hand, I miss the " good " old days when I didn't keep track of how many cookies I ate in a day, but on the other hand, I don't miss things like constipation and fistulas ;-) Holly Crohn's SCD 12/01/08 > > Hello All, > > I am very new to all of this and just trying to understand how people manage this lifestyle change. I am addicted to calorie counting when I eat and feel out of control if I don't do so. How many calories should be consumed in a day on this diet? Are people on SCD even concerned about this? > > While I have chosen to change what I eat, I still want to make sure I don't eat to much of it. >
