Jackie,

Remember the controversy about butter vs margarine some time back? Well, I

did an experiment last summer with it and put a pat of butter on one plate

and a pat of margarine on another and let them sit for 6 months.....at the

end of that time, the butter was moldy but the margarine didnt change! (it

must be plastic! LOL)

Real foods will always get moldy!

glad I don't eat it anymore. I really don't eat much butter either. Too

many years of neither, so I don't want it most of the time. But once in a

while it tastes good on toast.
