It was pretty good, considering I'd mixed it by hand and not with an electric

mixer. I omitted the nuts because of Mr. Picky, and he crushed the NutQuick to a

powder before letting me add it. As a bread, it was soft and nicely-textured,

but it didn't rise much (but that may have been my fault). It made great french

toast!
