I decided to take painting. After some discussion

It's easy to clean up -- no strong odors -- no big

mess -- can work sitting down -- posted my first piece last week -- a

Sorry that your unable to continue with batiks. What about water colors?

I was watching this guy on ColorSplash the other day on DishNetwork. He

was creating watercolor artwork with squirts and splashes of paint and

then spraying it with water here and there. It was beautiful and of

course it seemed so easy ( I bet it isn't).

Of course you may find some other outlet that has nothing to do with

painting. Change can be a very good thing.

I use to help my husband in the wood shop. He's a carpenter of sorts.

My doctor said no more of that. No dust, no chemicals. So it's weird

how much I miss going out to the wood shop. I tried wearing a mask but

I just can't seem to breathe. Now I work in the flower and vegetable

gardens getting them ready for winter. Up until Christmas I'll be

pretty busy. But I dread January.

I think I'll finish a quilt I started for my daughter.

Keep posting, trust me, it helps just to put it all down in writing.
