Neither one is legal.

Arrowroot is the name of the edible starch from the rhizomes (rootstock)

of West Indian arrowroot plant. We do not use starches on SCD.

Psyllium or Ispaghula is the common name used for several members of the

plant genus Plantago whose seeds are used commercially for the production

of mucilage. Mucilage is formed from starch, and starch is not

allowed on SCD.
