Guest guest
>> Is Arrowroot powder and psyllium seed powder legal on SCD? << Neither one is legal. Arrowroot is the name of the edible starch from the rhizomes (rootstock) of West Indian arrowroot plant. We do not use starches on SCD. Psyllium or Ispaghula is the common name used for several members of the plant genus Plantago whose seeds are used commercially for the production of mucilage. Mucilage is formed from starch, and starch is not allowed on SCD. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
