Guest guest
THIS REALLY MAKES ME MAD! This doesn't help decrease the fear and anxiety, but from all I'm hearing and reading most of the swine flu cases seem to be hitting the children and young adults. Maybe it's true that most of us older folks have some sort of immunity from the earlier swine flu (1980's I think).I hope and pray that this vaccine get to those of us who are in danger and SOON.Roxanne, 59, South Carolina 2006 Asthma/ PF 2008 PF/ Sarcoidosis/Gerd I pray you enough..... Off to bed shortly, I'm really tired but once again, supremely happy! Beth Moderator Fibrotic NSIP 06/06 Dermatomyositis 11/
Guest guest
Roxanne It was 1976. Of course there was another swine flu pandemic in 1918. So I would say anyone over 111 years old or so should have even an extra protection. In fact for anyone here over 130 years old, I'd say check with your doctor, but I doubt he'll advise the shot. I know they're giving them out near me, just anticipate they'll reach me within the next few days. Either way I'm taking every precaution I can. > > > From: > Beth mbmurtha (AT) yahoo (DOT) com> > Subject: > Checking in from Chattanooga TN > To: Breathe-Support@ yahoogroups. > com > Date: Thursday, October 29, 2009, 8:45 PM > > > > > > > > Hi all! > After a longish day in the car I'm happy to report the safe > arrival in Chattanooga of myself, Peggy and , Teri Marietta and > Jane.
