If they work for you, IMO, it's always best to stay away from the steroids, so

yeah, if pentasa

works for you, it is the better choice.

If you have problems tolerating the amount of the dose, try using only one half

or one

quarter, until you hit something okay.

Thanks Mara. Sound advice as usual!

I was blinkered by the quick fix. You are right though. Not worth the hassle /

side effects of the steroids. I'll give the pentasa a go.
