Well, my doc wants me to lose faster. But, heck, at 6 months, I have

lost 1/2 of 75% of excess weight, meaning that by the end of 18-24

moths I should lose (at least) another 75 lb., to make it 75% EWL. I

wish that I could be a high achiever and get to 80% EWL, but I'll

settle for 75% and be just a " C " student.
