You can avoid telling anyone you want, but family will certainly notice that you've lost some weight, but that all depends on the last time they saw you. Yes indeed, as long as Dr. Hess doesn't twist your framzapple the wrong way during surgery. Just kidding. You should be in fine fettle by Christmas. And, smaller, too.
