Guest guest
Hi Jenni, It depends on the brand cod liver oil you buy. We tried a variety and found that the lemon flavored one by Carlson's tasted the best. For us their really isn't much taste, but everyone has different taste buds. We tried the gel caps that where mentioned but they are more expensive, so we opted for the liquid form. Also, some may have difficulty swallowing the gel caps because of the size. There is however a good brand by Eskimo III that has super small gel caps that might work for those unable to swallow the larger caps. Other than those options just trying to hide it various foods if possible is the best approach. Guest guest
Beth Thank you so much for this information.. The links are very helpful and the Weston A. Price web site is fantastic! Great information there!!! I was glad to see that they were indorsing the Garden of Life products ¡V we use quite a few of their products.. I have a feeling that I am going to try to find the Eskimo III gel caps as I am not finding much success with the liquid form and have not be able to locate your Lemon flavored variety.. Thank you so much for the great links ¡V you have opened some great new doors into our family nutrition (I can¡¦t put down the Sally Fallon book ¡V has great recipes and the kids are loving their new whole wheat buttermilk pancakes in the morning!) Let¡¦s hope the gel caps go down smoothly ƒº Thanks again! Jenni Vetter > > > > Hi Jenni, > > It depends on the brand cod liver oil you buy.
