I noticed that you never DID respond to the message someone sent you on February

7th...do you actually READ the messages here or just cut and paste articles?

You've

changed your tune from BSL's to fat and cholesterol but the sentiment of the

message is

still the same. Here, let me re-send it for you:

Beth Joe, I'm sure your messages and articles are very interesting for those who

want to

read them. Funny thing is, those who do NOT want to read them are the more vocal

ones

here.

Maybe instead of spewing paragraph after paragraph of paraphrasing, you can just

give a

link to the articles for those who might be reading such things...perhaps with a

" warning "

in the header so that those of us who are not interested can bypass said

messages.

And, as the above writer said on February 7th, maybe you can give some recipes

and other

REAL LIFE examples of way that RSS moms can help their RSS kids.
