Guest guest Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 It just occurred to me that I've never made yogurt in a container with an airtight lid. Is it okay to do that, or should I unscrew the cap a little? I was thinking that if gasses build up during fermenting I wouldn't want anything to explode, so I loosened the lids on my mason jars of coconut yogurt.
