Help with Gas and other fun stuff

I'm having a horrible time with IBS type problems. I get gas alot and I also

have problems with feeling like I have to go to the bathroom all the time.

I've had it for a while and didn't worry much about it as my system is

getting used to the surgery but now that I'm dating someone...I NEED TO GET

NORMAL!!!!

So....Liane...what are you taking for your iBS? What should I try first. I

will buy it, use it whatever...I just need to figure out what to do first.
