Guest guest
Hi Holly, .. Does > all the flours, etc. have to be refridgerated all the time? I know the chickpea and other bean flours last longer in the freezer. I talked my husband into a small deepfreeze from Sam's about one month into the diet. I keep alllll of my flours, xanthan gum, guar gum, etc. in there. It's worked great so far. Oh, I also made large batches of the Hagman flours and put them in containers in the freezer. Do you have these flour " recipes " ? They will make it all much easier, if you don't, let us know and someone can post if I don't get to it first. > This is a lot of work and I am trying to keep a sense of humor... > Thanks!!!! > Holly in MT I am 3 months into the diet. When I first started it took an hour and up to get through the grocery store-without kids. Now I know what I can buy-I always double check lables as they change. I never would have thought it would be getting this much easier by now, but it is! There is still a lot to learn and I am fine-tuning things now. Believe me, it will become second nature for you soon. Hang in there. I felt like I was starving my kids at first. I felt like I had nothing to give them. Keep in mind-meat and potatoes-simple meals work great when all else fails. Janelle
