Guest guest
I haven't posted in a while, but I wanted to confirm with Cees that PF is an ILD (interstitial lung disease). ILD justbasically tells you where the fibrosis is located (the interstitial tissue between the small air sacs in the lungs). IPF is also frequently referred to as UIP (usual interstitial pneumonitis). There are many types of PF- around 200 I think.Hugs and blessings,Gwynne 58 Single-lung transplant 4-3-08 for IPF at UTHSC - San Ft.
