Hey Rach! I am so sorry they have pulled the rug out from under you! It

is a tough decision you have-- I have a high BMI, and at one point, I

thought getting the gastric band to loose enough to make the BPD/DS

easier might be an option. It sort of depends on your health-- I would be

willing to wait until March if I didn't have a lot of health issues

compromising my well being. Of course, I am saying this as a pre-op

going in on Wednesday, so I may be talking thru my hat. And I was pretty

depressed just two weeks ago when I did not have a date and expected to

be going in November or December. Good Luck -- and do take your time

making this decision!
