It's much more common to react to lactose, but of course some people do react to both.If he had/has a lactose intolerance only, then introducing the SCD yogurt and later, aged cheese, shouldn't be a problem: the 24-hour fermenting process removes lactose from the yogurt, as does aging the cheese (like cheddar). Also honey is very scary cuz in the past that has  > feeded yeast for my little guy big time!!!! I need feedback either way here.>> Thankyou big time in advanced,He certainly doesn't have to eat honey, though the diet is obviously easier if he can tolerate honey.Even though he's so young I would strongly suggest that you look at getting him on LDN (low-dose naltrexone) at the appropriate does for his weight. It may well do wonders for him, as it forces the body to produce more endorphins, which then begin to regulate the immune system. That's why it works so well for things like Crohn's (which I have), but also for asthma, joint issues AND allergies (all of which I also have).  And it has no nasty side effects as most drugs do.I wish you -- and him -- well. n-- ______________________________A funny, touching gift book for cat lovers.
