How long before adding yogurt?

I can't find that info in the book, though I know I read it.

It's been just over 2 months on SCD.

But more like 6 weeks since we really did start the Inro Diet and do it in

Stages.

How long before starting the SCD yogurt?

I started with 1/8 t. on the intro and very slowly worked up.  I had an odd reaction which was burning and it was very strong in a great way.  I was finally able to maintain food.  So fast forrward five years and I think I went over the three c. limit.

 

I would start it immediately even if you have to do the nut or coconut yogurt instead of dairy or try the SCDolphilus pills.  Just start small and work up to it just in case.
