I may have an opportunity to participate in open enrollment for HealthNet next

month. I would appreciate any insights or ideas as which plan to consider, if

any?

I just called Healthnet California and they claim they don't cover any obesity

surgery without a life threatening need. I found that amusing. Isn't being 100

pounds or more overweight lifethreatening enough? My co-morbid is that I do have

documented sleep apnea but thats about it right now.

I currently have Blue Cross and its going nowhere. I need to figure out this

insurance maze. Please help!
