Guest guest
I have yet to find a 'great' gluten free sandwich bread and gave up trying. Austin recently asked me when we could make that " glue " again. Both of my sons (one is not on the diet) like Ener G Tapioca Loaf Bread. They eat it toasted with peanut butter most of the time. It is a favorite snack. Ingredients are: Filtered Water, White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Cold Pressed Safflower Oil, Pear Juice, Microcrystalline Cellulose (yummm), Yeast (Guess that's out for you -- sorry -- but I'll keep typing for others on the list), Methylcellulose, Guar Gum, Calcium Phosphate, Salt, Enriched with Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron and Folic Acid.
