Guest guest
I recently took my son to an experienced allergist who is au fait with the casein/gluten issues, but claimed that there is no evidence that the effects of gluten can take months (some say up to a year) to leave the body - he says it would happen much more quickly. Does anybody know where this theory originates from and whether there is any scientific evidence to back it up? Thanks Anne
