Sorry, Neva, but I've never done this bread recipe before. I just

have all the recipes in my files and one at a time I try them out.

When one works out I keep that one, until my sone doesn't like it

anymore (LOL).

I think you fry the donuts by spoonfuls. And to tell you the truth, I

never rely on temperature, but on ovens. For example, with the one I

have in this house, I have to bake lower and for longer, or it all

burns up in five minutes.

Usually buns take less time than loaves, like 1/3 less time. Maybe

someone else can help you better... Sorry again. )
