Guest guest Posted May 13, 2010 Report Share Posted May 13, 2010 Cutting back on flour, sugar, and a lot of other illegals has definitely helped my acid reflux (and in turn my sinuses). I now also think soy sauce and anti-caking agents are big triggers for me, and if I could commit to doing SCD full on I'd probably feel even better.LPR acid reflux my whole life, but not diagnosed until May 2007 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
