Don't beat yourself up over this. In the real world we don't eat

like a bunch of regimented soldiers. Ove ther course of days and

weeks if you made this your " routine " , that would be a cause of

concern. But one night of a little less protein won't wreck havoc

with your system!! Enjoy life, and enjoy food!!
