Guest guest
...I want to add that I remember these same two tips! They are so helpful...give these tips a try newbies! MamaSher; 71, IPF 3-2006, OR.Don't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Tips Joyce, I had forgotten all about those tips- thanks for reminding us. One of the best tips I got from Peggy when I first started using oxygen. I carry a small makeup bag in my purse that has a small pair of scissors, an extra key, batteries and washers. I also carry an extra hose. I can't tell you how many times those items have come in handy. And Zena's 15 minute rule has enabled me to lead a very active life. I used to go until I was exhausted and then couldn't do anything the rest of the day. Now I stop every 15 minutes, play on the computer or read a book and then finish whatever activity I am doing. I am never exhausted anymore and I do a lot! Take care- R. (53) Sarcoid/PF 3/2006 Carlsbad, California
