Well, Joe, I hear ya cause I have to cough up the $2500 myself due to the

insurance company I have. However, the reason for this fee is because of those

insurance companies paying so slowly (or maybe so poorly, take your choice) and

isn't like the surgeons who charge $12000 more just because the ins companies

don't pay them enough, or $4500 for a program fee, etc.

That was the distinction I was trying to make, but it still hurts to pay it,

tho, huh? :-)
