MOST IMPORTANT, being a Brooklyn boy, there is a famous restaurant in

Brooklyn called JUNIORS, that was known for the best cheese cake!

A way back, Juniors restaurant caught on fire. A huge crowd gathered

to watch our fine firefighters respond. All I remember, was this huge

throng of people chanting over and over..

SAVE THE CHEESECAKE...SAVE THE CHEESECAKE!

So, when I read save the gallbladder? I say, better yet,

SAVE THE CHEESECAKE !

getting hungry...bye, bye

Juniors is the BEST!! I made a point of going there before my surgery!! I

think the lady who works behind the cheesecake counter has been there since

they opened, like 50 years ago!! Oh God...now i'm thinking about
