Stewed apples in small containers freeze well and act like " ice packs " to keep

food cold. I like to conserve space and use frozen food instead of ice packs if

possible- more to eat. You could check the yogurt in a suitcase with frozen

apples around it. Be sure to wrap it all well in plastic bags in case of a leak.

Wherever you go, be sure to locate grocery stores on the internet, and try to

stay in extended stay hotels with kitchens. I also google local restaurants and

ask about the menu ahead of time.

Exactly what are you eating these days that doesn't cause

trouble? If we have the list I think people can make better

suggestions of what to take and how.
