Guest guest
I just finished my first batch of goat yoghurt. There was a lot of liquid on top. I used low fat goat milk. Should I have had liquid on top? I did not stir it I only sat it gently into the refrig for eight hours. Thanks for the help.Wow, I've never heard of low fat goat milk. What were the ingrediets? Was it just 100% pure milk? If so, your yogurt should be fine. Goat yogurt in general is much more watery than cow yogurt, and low fat goat yogurt I would imagine would be even more so.
