Guest guest Posted April 18, 2010 Report Share Posted April 18, 2010 I just finished my first batch of goat yoghurt. There was a lot of liquid on top. I used low fat goat milk. Should I have had liquid on top? I did not stir it I only sat it gently into the refrig for eight hours. Thanks for the help.
