Colin has been very interested in learning about food, the food

groups, how it helps you grow, etc., so I asked the Nutritionist

today for book suggestions. She gave me this awesome link to

information about food and nutrition that will help teach the ABCs

of healthy eating. There is so much good info here from cookbooks

for kids, to books about where food comes from, to fictional books

about eating, kids gardening, online book lists, children's web

sites about food, etc.

I know Colin will have lots of fun with some of these and maybe I

will even get his preschool teacher to do a unit on food at school.

thanks for the web site jacob will love to lean some of these thing as weel as
