I tried Elite-Zyme Pro as a legal digestive aid but stopped after a couple of

days due to D coming back after none occurring for many weeks. Should I have

kept taking it? How long?

I was afraid up upsetting the positive results I've had from 3 months on SCD.

But I felt that my digestion needed improvement, being more constipated.
