The brand I got is Just Whites, by Deb El foods. The container says: All natural egg whites for preparing healthy foods. They have 42 calories: 0% fat,0% cholesterol(not that we care anyhow!) and 9.6 grams of protein in 2 TBS. Pretty good, I think. Hope this helps!
