Guest guest
When I went to a new Pulmonary Specialist in early September, she told me that I should be on a lung transplant list. Since I have AIDS I'm not eligible. S he recommended taking NAC - 600mgs 3x day along with 600mgs Vitamin C 3x daily. She mentioned that the Vitamin C would help prevent " crystallization or solidifying in my organs. " I don't remember the exact word that she used. I will need to have a urine test to see if there are any " crystals " . I haven't had any ill effects, but I've only been on the NAC for about 7 weeks. In fact.....my sinus problems have ceased and my coughing is at a minimum. Basically the coughing is only when I talk. Unbelievable difference. Noone has mentioned taking the Vitamin C. I'd be interested to know what others think. Thanks.
