Guest guest
Judith, Thanks for your input. This is what we had envisioned for Colin too. I'm just wondering is Dr. H the only specialist you see who manages 's feeding tube? Do you see a feeding clinic or Nutritionist or does Dr. H handle all of this? Thanks, Colin & Hayden
Guest guest
Hi , First of all, we are spoiled. We live in the suburbs of NYC so we get to see Dr H every three months. The only specialists that we see are the ENT who handled 's tonsils etc, and the psychiatrist we just took him to for an evaluation. However, is in a special needs preschool program where he has a feeding therapist who works with him on his oral motor skills. Since Dr H deals with the whole patient, we haven't felt the need to consult with anyone else.
