Kim,

Can you give the half dose of 8.5mg and mix it with juice and put it

down the g-tube as a bolus? You can mix the 8.5 with just 4 oz. of

juice. It does clump up if you leave it for a period of time. When

Max takes it, he drinks it all at once, but when he was in the

hospital, he used a straw and drank only sips. He had to keep on

mixing it before he drank or the stuff stayed on the bottom of the

cup.
