Raw honey vs. regular honey

Is " raw honey " SCD legal? What's the difference between raw honey and regular honey?I was checking out this site which someone on the list posted earlier (Thank You!!)  http://www.beepurehoney.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=21

The prices are pretty nice, about half of what I get at my neighborhood Trader Joe's for both raw and regular honey. So the question is how come they are able to sell for half price compared to a large national chain? Does anyone know how good Bee-Pure Honey's products are? whether they add any addiitives to their honey or not?
