Guest guest
I am in 100/% complete agreement with this. If I hadn't had so many " final meals " prior to starting a diet, I think I would never have reached the weight that I've reached. Most of my eating was squashing in food way beyond what I genuinely wanted, just because the next day, the gate was going to clang shut forever. Things will probably be worse for the generations that follow us, since they have the diet-crazies at an ever-earlier age. After dieting for 52 years (I am now 59), I have totally written off dieting as an effective tool for the very overweight.
Guest guest
My diet history is that I've lost 100+ pounds 3 times, 65 once, 50 twice and 30 more times than I can tell you. My BMI is 53. I'm living proof. Rosie > I am in 100/% complete agreement with this.
