Guest guest
I have noticed something with Alyssa and wonder if anyone else has/had this experience. Alyssa is VERY active. The child is hardly ever still, while standing. She can sit down and do any activity and has a great attention span and can entertain herself as well. But, when she is on her feet, talking or looking for something she just can't stand still! She is jumping, or shifting her weight or swinging her arms. (No wonder, she's in a negative calorie deficit half the time!! :-)) I'm not concerned she has ADD or even is hyperactive. She just can't stand still. Other kids her age we know do not act this way, so I haven't passed it off as normal toddler behavior. It's quite comical most of the time, she's like the energizer bunny (how that's possible on what she eats I'll never know LOL). It does make it difficult to talk to her, you first have to ask her to stand still and this seems to take a lot of concentration on her part! I was just wondering if this rings true for anyone else??
