I am in flair right now, and going through this post reminds me that

i took claritin for my allergies. Could it cause a flair? Pls advise

any safest medications that one can take for sore throat and allergies.

I don't know a thing about Claritin but off the top of my head I

would suspect those " inert " fillers, as always. Many many fillers

really allow our bad buggies to party and multiply!

I use quercitin for allergies and hay fever. It has really helped

and in fact this year, I seem to have far less than usual.
