Hi Debbie,

Time isn't an issue, but I'm usually not terribly functional in the morning

(major fatigue). I definitely need to eat something already made. I've made one

whole change already ;-). I moved my tbsp of almond butter from after dinner to

after breakfast. Oh, and I temporarily cut out my grape juice until I figure out

why it's suddenly causing bloating. One little step at a time!
