The first two are in commercial horseradish: Artificial oil of mustard and sodium bisulfate. Any idea if either of these are legal? The second two are in EVERY salmon steak or fillet I can find and I'm getting angry, since it's my favorite fish. They are sodium phospate and sodium erythorbate. Thanks for any help on these!
