Guest guest
I only use Cetaphil cleanser on my skin and I wear gloves as much as possible both for water and cotton ones at night. If my hands are in that cracked dry stage I have recently discovered lemon works great, it hurts like the dickens but if I can stand it- it seems to help. When my hands are in that itchy blistery phase - I use Protopic or a cortizone and keep them covered as much as possible.
Guest guest
Ken, For some reason, I cannot use that cream. My hands itch terribly. I'm so glad I finally found the two that I did. One of the teachers at school gave me a hand cream with shea butter. I'm going to try it when my hands calm down a bit. For some reason, this week they are more sensitive than usual. Sigh. Guest guest
Jodi, It sounds like is exactly like you. Lanolin gives him a worse rash than the excema. We have found that baths followed by a coating of Aveeno Baby lotion is the trick. I also suggest just using the Aveeno Baby wash for soap.
