Lower right side of abdomen dark coloration

I'm another newbie to SCD... have been on it since March 10th. I had my first

relapse last Sunday and have reverted to the Intro Diet again- it is helping of

course.

I had experienced hives on my stomach then a brown spot on the lower right hand

side of my abdomen. It appears to be healing almost gone but I have pain when

trying to sleep on that side. Has anyone else experienced this? I've also been

experiencing major bloating- I look pregnant. I've attributed this to my stomach

issues but I've never had it manifest on the exterior of my skin.

Too weird. If anyone has any information please advise.
