Guest guest
Re-measure your height and lose at least an inch. And, eat and drink. In fact, eat a salty mean and load up on water just before your weigh-in. You might just make it. --Steve At 3:36 AM +0000 10/18/01, melkev@... wrote: >I have been going round and round with my insurance. Guest guest
, Where do you live? I'm in NC and considering switching from Cigna to United Healthcare POS if Cigna denies my appeal. In talking with Unithed Healthcare, I was NOT told that there were BMI restrictions as to which surgery they would approve one for. I was told that you had to be 100 lbs overweight, had to be medically necessary to correct comorbids, and that the BPD/DS was a covered procedure. I'm somewhat confused now. What is the April date for removal all about? Thanks for any info you have, Donna >From: melkev@... >Reply-To: duodenalswitch >To: duodenalswitch >Subject: DS not allowed for BMI < 50???? >Date: Thu, 18 Oct 2001 03:36:59 -0000 > >I have been going round and round with my insurance.
